Polecam, każdemu kto gra na skrzypcach!
Would be totally perfect if there was an option to set manually for example 442Hz -2.0 cents (like in Peterson's VSam Tuner), not only watching 442 and when it's 2 cents below
In practise much more precise than my politune mini for example. Use it in my studio for fast tuning check before recording. Worth money!
Bardzo dobry program.
App doesn’t work well, especially compared to the competition. Notes just don’t seem to track well, seems to be a sensitivity issue / calibration between mic input and the strobe UI. Love my strobostomp but this app isn’t worthy of the Peterson name.
I have a Peterson strobo clip tuner which I love to use, and I also like the sweetened tunings. However, this app can only use the microphone for its input. If you are using a guitar interface and amp sim for iPad or iPhone, you can only tune acoustically using the microphone, which does not work for a noisy environment. Huge bummer.
The initial purchase price unlocks a crippled version of the app, and it is $60 to get a discounted bundle of features. I bought this to basically preview the method the hardware uses to tune, and now I’m totally put off and will be buying another brand of strobe tuner. In-app purchases shouldn’t be displayed as app features you get for your initial also high prices for an app $9.99. I wish Apple made it easier to get a refund. Completely dismayed at this travesty of marketing. $70 buys me hardware, the app shouldn’t cost more than the actual hardware.
I had noticed that when pictures of Neil Young during his rust never sleep tour had five different orange light dials that I didn’t understand. I came by accident to find out that those were Conn ST 11 strobe tuners. And the reason he has five instead of six is because he repeats itself and open tuning. About 12 years ago, I discovered by accident online the Peterson strobe tuners and saw that there was an app for the strobe tuner which I instantaneously purchased and have been using as my main source of tuning for the last decade. It took me a little while to figure it out, but it’s pretty straightforward and it’s a heck of a lot more accurate than my old analog Conn ST 11. I kind of wish I would’ve kept that because not everyone you buy on eBay or Reverb is going to be operating at a level that’s useful. Just like the last one I had that I actually sent it back to the shop to get fixed and I held onto that one for 3+ years. Bottom line is I remain using this form of tuning for my guitars over the other platforms that are either free or pay. And I set my colors as close as I could get to the S 11 and it doesn’t work the same way as the analog but the accuracy is very precise every time I use it. And I think of my hero, my inspiration, always close to the surface and still playing shows with most of the musicians that make up Crazy Horse. In other words, thank you for all you do Neil Young! You’re always my guiding light in the sea of the other crappy, phony and small minded fools out there today.
Goes hard in the paint like flocka flame.
