平台通过生态型组织，将服务提供方与服务需求方（企业用户）通过互联网进行连接，并进行精准算法匹配、标准化流程管控、实施线上对接、线下服务、在线支付的IT服务交付云平台。
平台聚集了全国32个省市近300个城市的优秀服务商和技术工程师，平台提供了标准化的服务交付体系，从注册、认证、签约、培训、考试到派单、接单、关单等六大标准化体系和九大流程管控体系。
