## iTalkBB AIjia Reviews in United States

-- c~(^.^)€, 2025-01-30

### *---- "Slow response for troubleshooting and product not reliable"
I contacted customer service when camera sensor stopped working and they called me back the next day, when I missed the call it takes a long time to get hold of them again. Imagine if you rely on their service and product for security protection and peace of mind.
-- JZ202411, 2024-11-10

-- D D(Andy), 2024-06-21

### ***** "Safe"
It's so safe for me when I'm not home
-- Yslatttw, 2024-05-09

### *---- "Network"
No live streaming
-- Lim house, 2023-07-13

### *---- "Never use Italkbb products and their service again!"
The server lag is always around 1-2 mins, and sometimes even not recording after the motion detection.

And I can’t check the playbacks frequently and the customer service just told me it’s the server problem and nothing they can do.

I signed 2 year’s contract with them, they told me even you don’t want to continue the service after 2 years, you can still use cameras only in the live mode. They are lying! You can’t use any live mode as what they promised anymore.
-- Mikegodspeed, 2023-02-02

-- nddukhfkhkuhd, 2022-11-05

### *---- "basic and cant even remove devices"
someone stole my camera, and i cant even remove the aforementioned stolen device
-- jayok113, 2022-06-27
