With Service Desk (ticket management) which is part of ITarian platform, it allows you to view, create, track, manage tickets, update ticket info and more wherever you are and whenever you want. ITarian Mobile application enables overall view on tickets by categorization and provides easy way to support customer request. All these amazing features are now available for mobile and FREE.

As several others have noted, you cannot even log into the app. I get an message: “Error. Can't get your Staff info. Please try again later.” Apparently this has been going on since 2022! Today’s date is 7/26/2024!!
Shame, because the website version works and seems reasonably well thought through.

We switched from Spiceworks to the Itarian service desk and it’s been working great.
I like the layout of the app and have no issues over the last 4 months of using it.

You all need to fix this issue that’s been in since nov 2022 will not let you login says can’t login your staff try again later. There’s no where to turn for support what’s the point of paying thousands of dollars for their services but they can’t update or fix their app.

When I signed up it said I needed to setup 2 factor authentication. It instructed to get the app and scan QR code on the web page. I opened the app and the only option was to sign in. I put name, password and country in and it only returns a message that is labeled “model mapping”. The security must be so tight that this product can’t even be accessed by users. I deleted the app and crossed Itarian off my list of products to consider.
