## iToezichtProtocol Description
iToezichtprotocol is een gebruiksvriendelijke inspectietool voor de opname van gebouwen op het voldoen aan private kwaliteitseisen en wettelijke regelgeving (Wabo) tijdens bouwuitvoering en gebruik. De applicatie maakt gebruik van een onafhankelijke, landelijk-erkende en certificeerbare kwaliteitssystematiek “integraal Toezichtprotocol (iTP)”. Deze vormt de landelijke standaard voor toezicht en handhaving en wordt voorgeschreven in de verplichte kwaliteitscriteria (VTH-taken).
ARCADIS heeft het digitaal Toezichtprotocol in 2006 samen met de Vereniging Bouw- en Woning Toezicht Nederland ontwikkeld. Deze applicatie is doorontwikkeld naar het iToezichtprotocol voor de iPad. 
De applicatie kenmerkt zich door:
Breed inzetbaar: 
•Bouwtoezicht: nieuwbouw, verbouw en sloop
•Toezicht bebouwde omgeving: o.a. technische staat, illegaal gebruik
•Opnameprotocol energielabel
•Overige: o.a. brandveilig gebruik en activiteiten milieu

Digitaal kwaliteitssysteem:
•Checklisten op basis van landelijk-erkende kwaliteitssystematiek
•Inzage regelgeving
•Snelheid en uniformiteit door gebruik standaardopmerkingen
•Digitale tekeningen 
•Digitale koppeling met vergunningensysteem mogelijk
•Tijdbesparing: meer inspecties in minder tijd

Systeemtoezicht:
•1e en 2e lijntoezicht: (deel van de) controle door derden uit te voeren (private kwaliteitsborging) 
•Alle bevindingen 1e en 2e lijn in één integraal, digitaal inspectiedossier
