## ITP Reviews in United States

### **--- "Does not work as it should"
Very glitchy. Forwarding and notifications are sporadic.
-- ggeman, 2023-10-27

### *---- "Cannot forward call to iPhone"
Current version cannot forward calls tonight. Had ticket open for over one month and nothing!
-- nunod2r2, 2023-06-27

### *---- "No longer working"
App worked on iPhone 12 but on new iPhone it just closes so it’s now useless
-- Lyndixie, 2023-03-11

### **--- "Date wrong"
I like that I can forward calls to my iPhone but the date is constantly wrong!!
-- snoozie50, 2021-08-09

### *---- "App Not Working"
I am having problems using your app. When I first open it, I am able to enter my number and email. Yhen, after I confirm my email, an error accurred saying it was filed on an existing account. There is no way to csll customer service to explain the situation. As a result, this app is useless.
-- Eltoomer, 2021-07-16

### ***-- "Not working"
Can’t open app on iPad
-- Ragsdalevongrump, 2021-03-22

### *---- "Useless"
When I first open it, it has two fields: phone number and email. Then I hit Submit and a third field appears: Confirm Email. I fill that out, hit Submit, and then an error message appears: Please fill all fields.

There is no other option.
-- J-L B, 2018-11-04

### ***** "Super convenient"
I have all my lines, voicemails and forwarding on the app. I love it
-- Coolcateug, 2018-05-23

### **--- "Not great on iPad"
Before the Sept 1 update, I could answer calls on my iPad. Now, it alerts me to a call and who is calling but no where to swipe or click to answer the call. The app is made for iPhone but iPad compatibility is margunal and getting worse, not better.

Please build an app for iPad. Not everyone has or needs a smart phone.
