Not quite good

Actually, the app its very bright it hurt my eye's when I was reading the letters, even though I will not see it too much but still hurting and also the voice is not very well as the AI voices these days so I really really appreciate if you can change these kind of things and add more options like the colors also, the voices for example if I will go to Korea. The voice should be a Korean voice and then for the other countries should be the same thing with their voices. It will be much better that I thought I hope the best for the app but that what I think of it and I really appreciate if you could put more upgrades in it or fix that issues.

Didn’t work on apple watch

It worked on my iphone but did not work at all on my watch. It kept on showing Translating... then something went wrong!

As per their policy below, we shouldn’t be charged immediately but...- You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service. It clearly states that You’ll be charged after the trial. But upon accepting the trial. I got charged immediately. I haven’t even tested the app out to see how well it works. Of course I cancelled the trial at the exact moment. But I didn’t get my money back. And no replies to my mail. Seriously not happy about this!
