## iTrent Mobile Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Garbage"
Can’t log in, QR CODE function doesn’t work and when you copy the key, that doesn’t work either. Complete rubbish
-- Dayeda, 2026-04-21

### *---- "Awful - should be pulled from the store"
Terrible - nothing works , I can’t log on to view anything , no
Wonder it only has 1* - don’t bother wasting your time
-- Grahamc181, 2026-04-13

### **--- "A good start (>4 years ago!) still primitive functionality"
Can log in which is a good start, view pay slips and book leave. Has the initial basic application fundamentals. Would be a vast improvement in usefulness if we could raise expenses and claims for over time. Nice to have the convenience of a local application over a browser based platform that is useless at seamless authentication / SSO.
I am guessing the developers just gave up on the iOS application though, which is a real shame.
-- David.A.Red’, 2026-04-09

### *---- "Absolutely awful"
Can’t log in even when entering various different urls
-- Trez a, 2026-03-17

### *---- "Pointless"
Not able to log in with app email address and password, so, no point downloading it for mobile. Literally unusable.
-- Trevoreo1985, 2026-02-16

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Just terrible and no support. Just says invalid URL but nothing to help
-- Nicknamed By GoPro, 2026-01-28

### *---- "Worst app"
Keeps saying invalid url
Doesn’t work and wastes my time
-- Shapaladingdonhajs, 2026-01-15
