Much improved
This app has come a long way since 2020 with its added barcode and incident/request management capabilities. Not perfect but gets the job done well.
Yes, Ivanti Neurons for ITSM & ITAM is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Not enough reviews to make a reliable assessment. The app needs more user feedback.

Thought the app would be handy for checking tickets while on the go, but can’t even access the field tech role from the app. Took multiple login attempts and reinstalling the app just to get into the self service role but can’t view my tickets from there. Uninstalling until maybe the app gets some support itself.
Garbage app for a garbage product.
Can’t even get past the initial login. No functionality and just a browser window as others have mentioned.
Running latest iOS as of 9/25/20 on an iPhone 6s and this “app” is a somewhat re-adjusted browser it seems. I can’t even open an incident no matter how fast I try to tap it, everything is crammed in the main screen making it unreadable for me. This is an absolute pathetic attempt at an app. Running ivanti in a browser is bad enough with trying to zoom in and select close an incident among other horrid behaviors, but somehow they made the “app” less usable than the web browser. Maybe on a larger iPhone, there aren’t issues, but the only way I can imagine anyone giving this 5 stars is if they work for Ivanti. If the company is reading this review, please don’t offer something that makes the experience worse than the web browser. It’s a time waste to even install this and log in. I couldn’t even copy and paste the tenant url because it glitched and would not allow it! This is probably one of the laziest attempts to be able to say “we have an app!” that I’ve ever seen a company do. Please do it right or don’t offer an app. It’s not that hard to take your APIs and write something that’s usable and basic. As is, this entire thing needs to be scrapped, and this has apparently been this way for 4 years.
Seems to be nothing more than a reskinned Browser. Nothing is formatted for mobile use. Why did someone even bother developing this?
