Log every injection and oral medication with dose, timing, and site, useful for the stim phase, when two or three medications a day on a schedule that changes mid-cycle is normal, not an edge case. Rotate injection sites, note what's running low, and see your full regimen at a glance instead of piecing it together from a folder of printed instructions. Appointments.
