### *---- "Terrible providers"
The providers are not good. I had a few because you never get the same one and 2 of them really messed up my prescription. The one that resulted in my canceling the service sent over a prescription for a YEAR, which isn’t covered by my insurance and IVIM insisted that it was 3 months repeatedly while I was trying to sort it out with the pharmacy and my insurance. Then when my pharmacy figured out a way to fix it that my insurance was willing to work with, IVIM pulled the prescription and submitted another one for 1 month even though it should have been 3, creating even more confusion when we were already getting it sorted out. Now I have no prescription, and IVIM said it’s my fault for canceling when I canceled the service AFTER they totally messed up my prescription.

Horrible customer service. Pay $75 a month for a membership and the app doesn’t even work! Never updated my plan. Everytime I ask they just keep saying they are working on the app. I’m over 3 months in and will be switching to Amble next month!!!

This app keeps logging me out, and each time I log back in I have to reconnect my devices to track steps and weight. Also, it can only pull data from one source, so I have to link my scale to Apple Health to make sure that weight and steps are tracked accurately. Can’t get my food log from a separate app. 

Having to log back in and reconnect devices makes me not want to use the app. If I’m sheet tracking weight in Apple Health, what’s the point?

I thought having the app would be a great motivational tool but it doesn’t work half the time. If it’s connected to any type of fitness tracker you can’t manually add your weight. The food diary doesn’t recognize or log half the food I try to input, the daily checklist/journal shows up blank, it doesn’t allow you to add your own wellness entry. When I click on other links within the app it only loads half a page. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and this will fix the errors for only a short time before defaulting back to not working. Frustrating to say the least as this was a “perk” of the mandatory monthly membership fee.

Lost 6.8 lbs on Semaglutide. I’m happy with the progress so far. The IVIM mobile app keeps me motivated and on track.  It’s easy to see my progress towards my goals.  Very helpful recipes and daily food and water tracking.

I am new to Ivím health and everything has been wonderful up until I tried to use this app. It won’t even let me sign in and I get an error message saying my credentials are not correct. I use the same for when I login to the website with no issues. I’ve even changed my password to see if that remedies the issue but it doesn’t. So this app is pointless for me since I can’t even use it.
