Therapist can log into their accounts online or via the app, but clients have to manage most features using text message prompts from their therapists. This means that I have to text my therapist every time I need to update my credit card or change some other setting in my account. It is an absolute pain. Ivy needs to develop a client version of their app or make the website more feature friendly for clients. I can login, I can access my statements, but that is it.
