When i had an Android the app worked Ok. Since moving to iPhone the app crashed on launch. PLEASE FIX ASAP. Not usable without app while snowboarding. Reaching socks with ski or snowboard gear on is not very easy

At first I thought it was awesome. Until I experienced the timer function only working sometimes. Sometimes the heat won’t turn off after the timer expires. It’s a shame. The timer is the game changer for me to set the heat and go to sleep. 

There other problems with the app like not showing battery percentage but I could’ve looked past all the other issues. The timer not working means I will be returning all 3 pairs of socks that I bought off Amazon.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Junk!!! Total waste of money! I knew this was going to be a disaster when I had trouble getting both batteries to be fully charged. Poorly written English instructions. Timer should have a countdown clock so that you know how much time is left. Also, no battery indicator so there is absolutely no way to know how much battery level remains. One sock/battery is ALWAYS DEAD. Junk products!! Made in China, so you get what you pay for! 👎👎

The socks themselves are great. But the app is an embarrassing piece of junk! It only works *sometimes* and even when it does, it’s the WORST app I’ve ever used for connecting and controlling a Bluetooth device. 

1.) You can *set* the temperature you want your socks to reach, but the app doesn’t show you their *current* temperature, so you can’t even tell if it’s reaching that temperature. 

2.) The app doesn’t show current battery level. It only shows you when the batteries are about to die. So you have to pull your pants legs up and unbutton the sock compartment every time you want to check how much is left. (it’s measured in quarters, so it shouldn’t be hard. The Ember mug app shows the *precise* battery level from 1% to 100%, so certainly the 4 dot system should be easy)

And it can’t even be paired with more than one set of sock batteries. If you have two pair of socks and want to change them, or even just switch batteries while the other set is charging, you have to go through the painful searching, failing, and finding process multiple times. Every. Single. Time. 

PS: Registration is a JOKE. The onetime verification email (or text) is NEVER sent, no matter how long you wait or how many times you tell it to resend. MADE IN CHINA. Need I say more? 😒

After a great trial run, one sock battery stopped working the second time using the product. These socks were so comfortable and warm when they did work- just wish they lasted more than one use :(

The socks worked 1/2 the time last year and now that the app has been updated they don’t work at all. $50.00 for a pair of socks and they only worked sometimes. They won’t even connect to the app anymore

Ignoring the poorly translated interface, upon the first few uses of the app it worked flawlessly. However, after the third or fourth use one sock continuously connects and disconnects, even though both batteries will still heat the socks when pressed manually. Not sure if it’s the software or a defective Bluetooth transmitter, but none the less it has been frustrating. I paid 60$ for these socks so I’m going to keep using them. It’s been beyond frustrating however lifting up my pants and opening the battery sleeve every time I want to change the heat setting.

Current sock temp and battery life would be nice. If sock drops below certain temp the app should send an alert. So far I love them. It’s been two hours. One sock did disconnect. Just needed to close and open app and it reconnected.
