I’ve been using this app since 2018 and have had no issues. It’s 2025 and the scale and app still work perfectly. I haven’t seen any upgrades to this app. Since I started using this app,many others have been created. However this app does what it needs to do. It’s simple and easy to use.

Says my bone mass is 57 lbs and my muscle mass is 110 yet I only weigh 140!   All the data is way off including body fat.  The old app was perfect yet won’t work with stupid Apple updates.  Time for a new scale thanks to these idiots.

Purchased this scale to help me keep better track of my weight and to help me lose it.  Well first of all the scale works fine, the scale tags my normal weight but when the app receives the information it says I weight 1,860.7lb.  I’ve tried it several times and I get several different reading on the app but on the scale says my normal weight every time. I’ve even tried different family members and the app reads something different than what the scale says.  Very disappointed.

This is the buggiest app I’ve seen. Sometimes when you open it you have to re-enter settings and it wants to keep changing to kg.  Won’t retain history. Change my avatar and look my settings are all gone again. Terrible. Developer doesn’t care.

You would think with most of us giving low ratings that the developer would take the time to address our concerns.  This app would be okay if they updated their app to display better on iPad devices.  Right now, I cannot review the bottom two.  3years is a long time to not have an update.

### **--- "Need to add Fitness condition option"
There used to be an option to state your fitness level. I went from 23% at 2.0 rev to 32% when I updated to 3.0 rev.
I’ve been exercising for 6 days a week for over 1 year and started at 33% fat using 2.0 rev and brought it down to 23% but as soon as I used the new 3.0 I jumped to 32% while still exercising and eating at the same level.

Please fix software.

The scale is accurate enough for weight but it’s not accurate for people who weight lift. My body type isn’t like the average person and the scale/app doesn’t read that. It shows my body fat as 15% higher than what it is (I typically get accurate weekly to bi-weekly readings).

### **--- "The app is falsifying the weight."
I found out this weird bug after using the scale for a while. When you are getting on a scale having no app around and on - you are getting your real accurate weight. As soon as you will bring your phone and turn the app on- you will become a 1lb/0,5 kg lighter. Isn’t that a miracle? If seriously, I can not use the app because of these bug, and you can easily mess up your nutrition plan thinking you are loosing weight faster than planned.

I was really excited to find a scale with an app it linked to so I could track my health better. But this app is so outdated looking, it doesn’t even go full screen on my phone. it looks like it’s from the original iPhone days. I just expected a better app. I can’t really read the chart it has on the app because it’s so squished.

I think the app is sufficient but the biggest issue with me is not working with iwatch.  You have to have the phone next to scale to have them sync.   Maybe it will change but I’m thinking of looking for a different scale with a better app.
