It has lots of useful features to help witnesses and victims record the details of the event they experienced. iWitnessed has been designed by Psychological scientists who are experts in eyewitness memory and police interviewing. iWitnessed uses a guided recall procedure that has been designed to maximise the value of the information recorded while also helping protect your memory of the event. ## iWitnessed Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/37/e3/96/37e3964e-a074-d29b-8280-ab32e1eda46c/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple118/v4/8a/1b/c6/8a1bc6d7-7c33-c181-6e6c-a8fdcc3eccf4/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/2d/38/8d/2d388d83-ad79-9499-c0ad-0260387b1e38/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/a6/96/e7/a696e74c-185d-2002-f45c-5821179b23ba/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/98/77/40/9877405e-feb4-3231-562b-b4256a2e71f1/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) ## iWitnessed Rating Breakdown in Australia - 5 stars: 19 (79%) - 4 stars: 3 (13%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 1 (4%) - 1 stars: 1 (4%) ## iWitnessed Reviews in Australia ### *---- "No privacy info" Privacy information is essential for the use case -- frydryka, 2021-11-18 ### **--- "Good idea, but room for improvement." I am a retired NSW Police Detective. I am not so sure of the very high rating of some of the previous reviews. The app is simplistic and a guide to elicit memory recall which is good. I also like the idea of being on a phone so the information is given contemporaneously. However simple things like Contact Details is left very open (not name, address, email) if a witness only provides a phone number and that is recorded incorrectly a valuable witness may be lost. Also whilst on contact details, the word details is hidden on my iPhone 7. Is that because I use a larger font on my phone? I have glasses. I would have thought that testing of the app on a broad cross section of the community would have highlighted that. I tried to test the app with a fictitious event and found I couldn’t delete it. This may or may not have been purposely built in to prevent deletion of events accidentally. If that’s the case provision of a training area to practice entering events may be useful. I think links to appropriate contacts for reporting events such as Crime Stoppers or the Police Assistance Line would also have been useful. I tried to print my test event and couldn’t unless I emailed it to myself. -- phantom101, 2018-05-27 ### ****- "Very useful!" The app allows you to quickly and conveniently store information about an incident using text, audio and images. It is easy to use. :) -- Mictwi, 2018-02-03 ### ***** "Great app!" I used this app after I witnessed a car accident. It was easy to use and provided helpful memory prompts. -- Paterson77, 2018-02-01 ### ***** "Great!" Easy to understand and covers all scenarios. I love the fact that you can add images, recorded text and location pins -- iOSFlow, 2018-02-01 ### ***** "Unique" This is a good idea and easy to use. Very easy to track events that recur over a long period of time. -- Goateye, 2018-01-31 ### ***** "A great tool for eyewitnesses!" Given that most of us will unfortunately witness, or be a victim of crime or abuse, this app is a great way to record your account quickly before your memory begins to fade. -- meya, 2018-01-29 [View all iWitnessed reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to iWitnessed - [Emergency Plus](https://apptail.io/app/emergency-plus-fTd/australia) - [iAlert](https://apptail.io/app/ialert-ZIli/australia) - [Security Mobile Token](https://apptail.io/app/security-mobile-token-eJli/australia) - [Get Prepared](https://apptail.io/app/get-prepared-cJCi/australia) - [Wollongong Waste](https://apptail.io/app/wollongong-waste-NKCi/australia) - [Ark Smart Hub](https://apptail.io/app/ark-smart-hub-OLCi/australia) - [Civica Reflect](https://apptail.io/app/civica-reflect-CMCi/australia) - [Exetel Banter](https://apptail.io/app/exetel-banter-OMCi/australia) - [Security Registers](https://apptail.io/app/security-registers-hPCi/australia) - [SimplePlansCRM](https://apptail.io/app/simpleplanscrm-Edok/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
