Worst experience ever. I just booked a room from this app and the rooms provided by them were in pathetic condition their bedsheets were torn and the tiles had a stain inside the rooms the bedsheets had hair on it and some kind of stain. Also the customer care services weren't helpful at all they neither gave the refund after mailing the condition of the room nor did they changed the property of the hotel saying that it will take around 72 hours for them to look for a new property. So, henceforth the conclusion is do not kindly please pre pay for the hotel booking from this app because the customer care services are very dumb in solving the issue and refund is also not possible. I will rate them 0 out of 100.
