## J-CLicks Description
It’s a digital financial application which will connect to JCL’s core system for loan processing. This will also include real time payment methods using the payment gateway channel to simplify the process of making the payments for JCL customers. The mobile apps will also work as a communication tool with the customers with the attachment of the built-in Whatsapp chat box system that will be integrated with artificial intelligence to answer customers queries.

I HAVE BEEN PAYING USING JCL LEASING CREDITTT FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS AND THIS EXPERIENCE REALLY BAD BAD BADDDDD. THE WORSTTTT!!!!!!!! MY LOAN IS FOR 2 YEARS BUT THEN I DECIDED TO PAY THE TOTAL BALANCE AMOUNT OF MY LOAN BUT THEN AFTER I REACHED MY LAST DATE OF PAYMENT, I RECEIVED A LOT OF SPAMMED NOTICE SAYING THAT I HAVEN’T PAID THE LOAN!!!!! HOW COULD YOU JUST CHARGE IT AFTER YOUR USER ALREADY PAID THE TOTAL AMOUNT ??????? SERVICE VERY BAD. I REALLLLLYYYY HOPE I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR. THIS APPS IS A LOT MORE WASTEFUL THAN IT ALREADY ISSS !!!! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! I AM NOT SORRY FOR THIS.
