Cannot not load after installing the apps.
The APP shall have a function that allow user to mark all messages as read. Another problem is changing of password, shall allow user to see what’s key in instead of just *. APP is still very raw and need many improvements in term of UI and flow.
I rather Japan Home do away with an app than to let this app drag its name. Please update the app to 2022 standards, otherwise just delete it from the app store and use paper card better.
Was taken in by the “perks” of becoming a member but the app is a real let-down. Signing up was frustrating and unfruitful at the end of a torturous process.
Tried close to 10 times to register on the app..the moment when I tap on “I agee” to the conditions..it just goes to a page with all the conditions n no tap to continue registration . Ask the staff at store .. none of them know how to solve the issue or help customers . Staff claimed store manager is in Malaysia. Poorly maintained app and no training for staff to assist customer in app .
Wasting customer time! I don’t understand why Japan home create such stupid and nonsense apps! Not that others got u also wanna follow! Very badly designed app as can’t follow the instruction from the email notification at all since the option given are different. Tried to login as new member since over deadline for updating existing member yet cannot as it said that I m the existing member so need to upgrade yet cannot find the “upgrade membership” option.. try to login as member using handphone number/ email address yet it said the account is the number is invalid. Pointless to implement the app if it’s not ready or user friendly.. 😡
Struggled to register when saw the advert at the shop. End up just forego the 10% discount lah. Not worth the trouble!
What confirmation code when there is no confirmation code to register. Please don’t bother to ask people to join as members when none of your staff know how to use the app
