Changes to the Terms & Conditions

While still a legal document, we have done our best to make the T&C clearer and easier to understand, and highlighted particularly important terms that may have significant interest for you, including: (i) clarifying certain app use restrictions, (ii) describing how to get in touch with us, (iii) describing how to find our privacy policy, (iv) clarifying our disclaimers and limitation of liability, (v) describing when we can suspend/discontinue the app services, and more relevant information.

Changes to Privacy Policy

The way we collect and process your data is not changing. We have improved the language to make the Privacy Policy easier to read.

Important information

Terrible purchase. Aids will not stay in my ear even after all the tutorials and earbud changes, constant repetition of conversations, no change in volume from 3-10, constant echo.

Paid over $700 for these earphones and they stopped supporting them. We’re supposed to create usability on android phones.???

No way to charge my new Jabra Enhance hearing aids. I admit it. We went on our anniversary to New York City and I was wearing my Jabra Enhance Hearing Aids, but left the charging case in the hotel. My bad, but I was thinking surely I can buy a replacement charging case from Jabra, right?  After over FIVE MONTHS of being told they are back ordered, I finally gave up. I went out and bought Miracle-Ear hearing aids and they are about 400% better. Well, since I cannot use my Jabra hearing aids at all, 400% might be an understatement. I am really surprised that AARP recommended a partner that doesn’t support something this simple.

Bought them an in just over a years they stopped working and of course the warranty had expired. Support is terrible ,they just follow a script. Their final response was to just order a new pair. Like , spend another $500 for a years of service, no thanks, junk in my opinion. Stay clear of them.

This device works pretty well, but needs work. 
It chirps on short high frequency sounds. 

The app doesn’t remember that I use “Focus”. It always defaults to “Adaptive” which is basically useless. 

It also doesn’t remember my last volume setting. 

Fixing these items would make it a much better design.
