## Jacaranda FM Reviews in South Africa

### *---- "Not a Fan of the App"
I absolutely hate the advert at the start before you can join the radio station… when I go onto Jacaranda FM using the App, most of the time it’s urgent switch over then I loose track of the story or miss my song….🤦🏼‍♀️ The app seems to be poorly updated, improved and maintained.

I’m a BIG JacaFM fan but this App frustrates me a lot.
-- Nicky Name Nickerson, 2024-11-11

### *---- "Cuts out every two minutes"
My Wi-Fi is good I have fibre but they shut down every song or so then you have to listen to the ad when you try reset it. Not listenable. I tried the LM radio app and it doesn’t cut out only Jacaranda
-- Grassl01, 2024-09-14

### *---- "Terrible"
Ads, ads, ads.
The Ads keep interrupting the songs, the morning show and everything else.
Very frustrating.
-- Veané, 2024-08-27

### *---- "App not working in Port Elizabeth"
My app is not working 😒
-- Debi 💯, 2024-02-08

### *---- "Worst apt"
Pathetic
-- Boris🤓, 2023-11-24

### *---- "CapeTown App"
Please please have look at the app in Stellenbosch It is the best station in SA Please fix it
-- Eijkdoos, 2023-10-22

### *---- "No sound buffering not working properly"
I am streaming from the DRC on the company’s satellite network.

Sound comes through in waves. The buffering engine does not work properly for low band width areas. This tech needs a redesign.
-- Veryfrustratingindeed, 2023-09-24

### ***** "Music on demand…"
Love the app… playing all day
-- Karries1984, 2023-07-14

### **--- "Mr Mr Mr Mr B"
App hardly ever works.
-- Mr Mr Mr Mr B, 2023-05-12

### *---- "Not happy"
It only plays for a split second on mobile data i can never listen to the app when im not on wifi and yes i do have data on my phone
