I absolutely love the newer features of having an option to be altered when an event takes place. I appreciate that both Cleveland and Thistle Down casino/ racing are within the same app and you are not required to have more than one. -- Mrsdannybridge, 2025-01-24 ### ***** "They were casino in Ohio" I love the atmosphere of this casino and it’s always lively upbeat and friendly so are the dealers. The layout of the casino is awesome. I still have not stayed at the hotel. It’s attached to it. However, I’ve always stayed at the Hyatt, which is a half a block away. Plus to top it off. I’ve always won at this casino. Jack’s is awesome. -- JDOUB88, 2025-01-13 ### ***** "Review" I like the new look but it seems there is never ever a payout. At other casinos I have occasional hits but never at the jack -- Renee’s entry, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "The Jack" Excellent Casino! Always clean and great atmosphere. -- Brooklynbrowns, 2024-12-28 ### ***** "Always good staff" I might not win that much money, but it seems like the staff always friendly and there’s always a buffet that they comp -- Crypto 11111, 2024-12-27 ### ***** "nice" i enjoy alot -- Abdul Fatah hekmat, 2024-12-26 ### ***** "Easy to use" Easy to use and can find things easy is the best for us to navigate and find what we need -- buy good ingredients, 2024-12-26 ### *---- "TERRIBLE APP FOR OUT OF TOWNERS" App will only work if you live in Ohio and have an Ohio address -- SlimFineSasha, 2024-12-22 ### ***** "Message" It was useful I’m at jack a lot but forget to clock in and leave my card in the machines and thistledown. Ver helpful -- BobbyBEasy, 2024-11-29 ### ***** "Sherlonda M Robinson" I absolutely enjoy both Jack’s casinos. My favorite is the Jacks Racino. Lovely clean atmosphere, The staff is wonderful , the dining & drink options are exquisite, a massive selection of games that you can actually win on “. Still waiting to hit the Mega ☺️ -- Sherlonda M Robinson, 2024-11-19 [View all JACK reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
