When it works it is great, the issue is you order for pickup and the product is not available they don’t even know how to give you a refund.

You have to enter card details or pay in app then pickup food it may seem counterintuitive to pay in person but it’s a lot more useful than you’d think

Oops! Something went wrong. Haha. It happens every time you try to enter your delivery address. Useless.

No matter how much I try to log in it says I’m not logged in I swear I’ve tried more than 8 times and it does not work fix your app.

I use this app almost every day. The last update 1 wk ago resulted in an error - you cannot order a breakfast combo with a hash brown anymore - it lists only fries and typical lunch choices. I can’t reorder or make a new order and choose a hash brown. Great app but can’t use it now for my daily order.

This place fails so many times to deliver everything I order, and how I want it, and all I can do is contact customer service who are barely helpful. At least do what doordash does and be decent enough to add a way to get a quick and easy refund for terrible service.

App is complete trash, the restaurant won’t work with you at all even knowing the app is trash. Wasted so much money because it keeps forcing me to mobile order from a store that’s closed? Absolute garbage don’t even attempt to use the app.
