Only the New and Pro models. -- Frack, 2025-06-26 ### ***-- "Could use some updates" The app itself is fairly stable. There are some connection issues sometimes and occasionally needing to re pair devices With that said, my two big complaints are 1. You can’t see when your actual power produced is. I can guess I make between 400-600 watt hours a day, but I have no idea. Trending when it comes to solar generation is huge, and a big way to promote your product in the market. 2. Even when realtime generation is higher than current output I still seem to be losing power when it’s writhing 25-50 watts. I assume the incoming watts are the DC current and not the inverted power because of the discrepancy in the numbers, but I really have no idea. My minor complaint is the rigidity of the power usage. It’s either full use, or 15-85% battery with no flexibility to that. Would be a nice feature if possible to update the firmware to do it. -- Red baron 1988, 2025-06-19 ### *---- "Broken!!!" Unfortunately it’s unusable in its natural habitat of being off grid. The app requires an internet connection!!! You must log into an account in order to use the app… Completely useless when 100 miles from any cellular signal. -- Delepitor, 2025-06-17 ### *---- "Can’t use it off the grid" They keep logging you out and then you need internet connection to log in. Which doesn’t make any sense if you use your battery pack off the grid. And why do you even need to connect to a server to connect to a bluetooth device. The engineers who are developing this s..t are not aware of the users. -- ridingonthestorm, 2025-06-06 ### **--- "Can’t get some features on my 2000 Plus to work." Can’t get the battery charge limits to work. Does not respond in app. -- dc534231, 2025-06-01 ### *---- "Worked when it did." Was working fine till the day before leaving on an overland trip. Won’t let me sign in. Deleted app and reinstalled with out luck. -- BKCINKC, 2025-05-23 ### *---- "The App is subpar to EcoFlow" Come on Jackery ! We pay hundreds of dollars for your power stations and you mean to say you can't hire developers to actually write an app that works? Unbelievable in this day and age. The app does not sync with the power station timely. I plug in two different items, and I get a Power Out xxx watts. Unplug one item and the app still shows 2 items plugged in. Or I get the "URL Task session failed. Request timed out.." Would you fix it please? -- WS6GTO, 2025-05-23 ### *---- "Doesn’t work?" I tried multiple times, I registered on the website still won’t login. Can’t use the app. -- geo1333, 2025-05-22 ### **--- "Bluetooth Misery" You have to turn the unit on and off to reconnect bluetooth all the time. Pretty sad a scooter can consistently connect to an app but a 3x expensive battery backup cannot. Please fix it! -- VanSharePoint, 2025-05-03 ### ***** "Helpful" I’ve seen complaints, especially those who complain that it’s basically a ditto of what’s on the screen and front panel. That works great for me. I have it charging in the sun right now and I can see on my App when it’s done. I’ve also had it outside on the porch and I can turn the light on and off as needed by using the App instead of reaching around for the button on the generator. -- Freeholdnjusa, 2025-04-25 [View all Jackery reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Jackery Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Ukraine | Utilities | #49 | | Top Free | Japan | Utilities | #207 | ## Apps Similar to Jackery -
