App continually reloaded my info and knocked me out of the checkout menus. Also the fact I can’t customize individual burgers is annoying.

This app does not load. Unusable. I tried reinstalling. No effect. Infinite loading wheel.

Jack’s in Alabaster, Alabama served me with excellent customer service, even as I came in late that evening. I think the biscuit that I had with my meal was the best biscuit I have ever tasted! I highly recommend Jack’s for their quality food and friendly service.

App just stopped working, been great up until now (as I sit in the drive thru to order food) all of my points are gone, over 6k

This app doesn’t work anymore. No matter how long it has been since you tried to scan a receipt it tells you that it’s been less than 3 hours. I have about $100 worth of receipts it would NEVER let me scan, even days apart but guess what if you wait too long, receipts is too old. PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED. ILL EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEIR APP WORKS EVERYTIME!

Very clunky app. Hard to customize anything or order extra sauces. Hard to find different food items, terrible rewards program. Actually faster and easier NOT to use the app.

This app is trash. The coupons you get in the app, often don’t work in the store. That had happened 4 times. Come on jacks. Get it fixed

So many cart errors when adding items. Doesn’t work the majority of the time we try to use it. I’ve never seen a worse food ordering app.

They are figuring out most ordering glitches, but the largest, most glaring one remaining is that you can only add items to sandwiches. You can’t remove them on the app. So for those of us with allergies, we can’t even take advantage of the online deals because the sandwiches come as-is and we can’t change it. Please fix this.

Why does the app not save your debit card entirely. I have to put the cvv every time.
