Me and siblings, and auntie in law ordered a couple of things here, Two chicken fingers meals (10.99$ a piece and a chicken sandwich, the tenders weren’t even halfway cooked, it was really cold and undressed 1st time we ordered they didn’t even get our order correct and we had to redo the process, the lady there didn’t even care after we explained to her about our wrong order, funny part they gave my aunt 3 tenders on a bun and the 2nd time a whole chicken sandwich which makes it funny, it was kinda confusing but the order wasn’t free either. Food could have been served better and customer service was really rude and pushy but overall it is what it is can’t complain really. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Just left the Jacks on Jeremy Dr in Florence. Around 5 people standing in line to place an order. Nobody at the register. One worker standing where food is received waiting on something for a customer with fries in her hand, her back to us. Another worker near a box of doughnuts saying there is 1 doughnut left. Does anybody want it? Another worker saying she doesn’t, so the worker starts eating the doughnut. I just turned around and walked out. No wonder orders are always wrong. The review makes you choose 1 star. It should be 0.

Thank you for finally updating the app, but it still doesn’t work. If you click into something, you can’t back out. The back arrow doesn’t work. You have to close the app and reopen it and make sure you know exactly what you want to click or else you have to start over.

This update reduces the value of reward points. It now requires more points for receiving offers.

The new app that just launched freezes. Glad to see you can easily retrieve the menu before ordering, but once you open a menu category the screen freezes and you can’t go back to the menu Home Screen. Tried viewing the menu via the order option after that and nothing comes up on the screen. It just scrolls. Refresh button doesn’t help. Close the app and tried several times and same thing happens. FIX THIS!!

It plain and simply just doesn’t work. No matter if you try to restart it, delete and redownload, sign out and back in, etc etc…. It just doesn’t work. Won’t let you change your selection or even go back to a previous page. It’s just plain and simple garbage.

The app just doesn’t work after the update.

This app hardly ever works. I have submitted an order and then get a notification that the order didn’t go through so I submitted it again. The order actually DID go through and I was charged twice. I’ll pull up the menu to see what I want to order. I’ll add what I want and then try to leave the menu to add something else and it won’t let me out of the current menu. This app needs an update like ASAP.
