## Jacuzzi® Sauna Connect App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Jacuzzi gave up on support"
This thing is an absolute trash app and I understand exactly how to use it how to connect, etc.… spending over $5000 on a sauna to have this experience is – well it makes me question why I trust anything or anyone in life.
-- AppDapSapBap, 2026-01-02

### *---- "Go play lotto if this works for you…"
Hard to understand, and I think I’m pretty capable when it comes to tech. I did all that was instructed, and more. Hard to believe how terrible this app is to get to work. Do better Clearlight! You’re right in the middle of some of the best colleges in the country that excel in tech, and yet you can’t figure this out. So much money for a sauna, and such a pathetic app to dump on your customers base. Acknowledge some get lucky, but they are few and far between…
-- Cal, Stanford, someone help, 2025-09-15

### *---- "WiFi Connection Difficult"
This app seems impossible to connect to WiFi. I’ve forced my router to 2.4Ghz and still it just turns saying connecting. Then a cancel button appears and it just churns. Finally the sauna exits setup mode while the app is still churning. I’ve closed the app and waited five minutes and nothing. Extremely frustrating. This really needs to be worked on and an updated pushed to the app.
-- Mountaineer00, 2025-08-02

### *---- "Wish I would have known"
I expected so much more from an app for the Clearview saunas. So clunky and locks up my phone all of the time.
-- LGLV99, 2025-02-03

### ***** "Awesome Experience!"
The app is super useful and easy to set up! All I needed to do was make sure I had a 2.4 dedicated network.
-- G Pond, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Terrible"
Worst app ever
-- brlanham, 2024-10-11

### *---- "Don’t by the Sauna Because of this APP!"
App is long past its prime. Never reliable, unable to connect, unable to operate sauna remotely.
-- affirmationsscc, 2024-08-26

### *---- "Embarrassingly bad"
Just getting connected to the Sauna is an impossible task. Once connected God Forbid you lose the connection- getting the connection back is an exercise in frustration.

Also Dont put the sauna outside- getting it above 110 is an all day all night activity- so if the App is not working- it ain’t happening
-- SJP Frustrated, 2024-08-25

### *---- "Thousands of dollars for a smart sauna with an app that doesn’t work"
I’d give it 0 stars. I’m appalled by this app. They should be ashamed of themselves for even promoting the option of using the app knowing it doesn’t work. Don’t download it. Don’t waste your time. It won’t work.
-- orlyorly33, 2024-05-27

### ***** "Works Great!"
The low score is probably because people don’t read instructions
Works great for me. Thumbs up!
-- Plant Based Familia, 2024-04-15
