The app is extremely slow and laggy and has been for some time, it’s clearly not being maintained and is a bad reflection on what is supposedly a high quality brand, no other brand with this supposed standard of quality would have such a badly designed app. Almost put me off buying but since my partner wanted the item so much I decided to anyway. I really hope they sort it ASAP as it is very frustrating and not a good look.

Clothes are okay.. nametags rip off easily because of the brand tags on clothes. Belts are hard to use because they aren’t like other belts

Useful app, but very slow. I find things take ages to load, it often crashes and take a very long time to load between different parts of the app, such as seeing my basket. Lots of items also aren’t under the proper category, there’s a lot of jeans for example that aren’t under the Jeans category which isn’t helpful for an online only retailer.

app is slow / not working. i’ve checked to see if it needs updating but doesn’t…i can’t see my wish list items ever…so even ifbu save items i can’t view them…

Since the latest update I can’t see my Wishlist, it keeps freezing so I have to exit the app every time
