Ap used on Christmas night to start (and by necessity) lock the car, car started, but the Ap still thinks the car is unlocked and I can’t unlock the doors. Called for assistance and they want me to lay for someone to come unlock my doors. $110,000 F-Pace SVR and I can’t get a remote unlock. I’m irate. Until this I’d probably gave bought another…. Now they can kiss my @s$

The app seems to work great for me, the only thing I wish it could do is turn on your heated seats when the vehicle is warming up.

This remote seems only to work until -10 when you don’t really need it. -20 degrees and it doesn’t work. Jaguar gives no option for a physical pod to start your vehicle and charges almost $200 a year just to have this faulty app. It’s the one reason my next vehicle won’t be a Jaguar.
App was awesome until 2 weeks ago now where it just continues to crash. Incredibly frustrating considering I live in Canada where I need remote start.
The departure time zone has a big where the departure seems to be hard coded to gmt. Makes sense if you are in the Uk but less so if you are in Vancouver canada.
The Jaguar barely responds. Have to try several times to start the car ahead of time in winter. In this day and age of AI, seems like like Jaguar isn’t doing much to keep up with tech in their products. Sad.

Won’t let me accept the AT&T terms of service when adding a car. It literally does not show me the buttons to accept and the app basically bricks itself. Please help!
