Description

Researchers have observed the benefits of frequent silent mantra repetition (Japa/Chanting) in reducing stress, anxiety, anger and depression; and improving quality of life and spiritual well-being. 
Based on my longtime experience with mantra meditation, I believe that if mantra Japa or Chanting is performed regularly, it can significantly improve the quality of life and spiritual well-being.
How to benefit most out this mantra meditation app:
1. Sit in a quiet place in a comfortable posture. Chant aloud or silently read these mantras from start to end, or as per your convenience.
2. When you press the ‘Japa’, you can choose any One mantra or 108 Shiva Mantra for your Japa/Chant. You can also set the speed and theme for your Japa.
3. After finish chanting, thankful to God for the blessings you already have in your life. We all have many things to be grateful.
4. Prayer to God for His blessing in accomplishing your goals, fulfilling your needs and wants, and realizing your dreams. I believe in “One Step at a Time.”

5. Start your day. Do your best without too much concerning the rewards of your efforts.

I use this app everyday, first in the morning. I chant 108 shiva’s mantra in my mind with the help of chant feature. This silent chanting activity makes me feel relaxed and fulfilling. I wish I would be able to spent more chanting sessions throughout the day and before bedtime.
