Low quality of the service

At first I was impressed by that application! It helps a lot when you have an address and just want to go there by public transport. But today for example the application didn’t work, as a result I couldn’t buy a ticket and I’ve payed penal fine. Definitely not a reliable application.

Lack of offline schedule

App lacks of the offline schedule

App quits at start without any notification

When I start the it quits without any errors or notifications

I've just bought it, but it doesn't work at all. “Cannot conect to the server”

Problem

Please, fix the application. I need it ASAP. Now when I open it, the screen is only running from right to left and I can't use it at all.
