Apka super, bardzo dolkladna ale jeden minus. “Nie ma rozkładu jednego konkretnego przystanku”. (chodzi o rozkład przystanku np. jak rozkład przystanku ze jest tam taki autobus za 5 min a drugi za 7, jak na wyświetlaczu)

Aplikacja z której chętnie korzystam na terenie całej Polski. Bez problemu można kupić bilety na terenie miast które oferują taką możliwość. Rozkłady jazdy komunikacji pomiędzy wybranymi miejscami zawsze zgodne ze stanem faktycznym. Drogi dojścia od przystanków/ stacji do wybranego punktu także czytelne i przejrzyste. Polecam.

Refilling the wallet, may get errors of payment and not getting the wallet charged. When in fact you have been paying several time without bank confirmation:) And there is no option to refund, so be careful!

I had downloaded this app and load in money in its wallet before arriving to katowice. On the day when I arrived at katowice and tried to purchase the ticket on app it always says “ Something went wrong. Please try again later.” So i missed the bus and i had to buy another ticket from 1-minute store inside airport. Now my balance is stuck on their wallet app and cannot use it and withdraw it too. So better not use this app try other app for ticket purchase.

For tourists like me with foreign phone number, it is not possible for me to buy tickets. Combined with the fact that a lot of information lacks english translation, the posibility to make your way through the cities gets very hard. Please make it possible for travelers to easily use this system with non-polish phone numbers.

Give my money back!!! I transfered money but coild not buy ticket because I need a polish mobile number!

I cannot change my email nor contact the app developers. Things turn into Polish before finding a solution?

Very bad application need to upgrade.
