## Jaks Group Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Poor app"
WiFi is no existent so best order at bar, it’s quicker
-- GG2025GG, 2025-09-27

### ****- "Snappy, But…"
The app is easy to use and responsive but it needs a way to put in special requests with the order.
-- NearChaos, 2023-07-15

### ***** "5*"
First class service, staff and food. Well done
-- White Knight 320, 2021-11-05

### ***** "So easy to do! Thanks 😅"
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
-- C.iom, 2021-03-18

### ****- "Address"
Could do with allowing the addition of your addresses
-- walfy21, 2021-01-15

### ****- "Really good but..."
Great app and very easy to use, however, it would be great if there was an ability to add special instructions for each meal.

Eg. To explain if you didn’t want a particular part of a meal
