QThe rewards system with no app or card makes it very hard to get points and I was told you have to order on line to get points. Staff say when you get the bar code take a photo screen shot of it….got screen shot of it from 28 Oct but you have changed the app at least twice since then…. “Latest update” has rendered the app completely and utterly useless. I go to log in it says “ that number doesn’t belong to any Jamaica blue app member, please use a different number or sign up now” I don’t have a different phone number…. again staff say when you get he QR code take a screen shot - HA thats a joke right . that’s all they could do or say. Cant even get that anymore. So I create a new account , validate mobile number , receives sms, validated and then get “ something went wrong, contact customer service” And I go around in circles, do it all again…. New password - ph number with +61 less the 0, with the 0, without the 61…. Wasted too. Too much time on it already. There is No phone number or contact details for your “customer service”… sent online form - no response. What customer service?. The app is joke isn’t it. Total waste of space now. Just bring back the card and just scan with QR code, had no probs then. Can’t even order online or through app at my local cafe anyway… (when it use to work prior to 8/11/24) that would be useful cos sometimes the queues are too long for me to wait. I think the queues are created by the app not working for people…. I only get a 10 min break. I’ve wasted an hour last night and today trying to get it to work. Just stop trying to create tech problems - just had a QR code that works, don’t need anything else… menu is in the cafe already… just stick with serving customers with coffee and food… and rewarding loyal customers. Should be simple. PS after almost a week of trying to get the app working (logging in or signing up for a 3rd time) multiple messages to “customer service”, I created myself a new email address and signed up, again. Then logged back into the account and changed my email back to my original email. All without the help of any app developer or non-existent customer service from Jamaica Blue. How ridiculous . And still cannot order through the app to my local cafe. What other reason is there to have an app? (Over just having a loyalty card).
