I don’t understand this app, all it does is asking to pick a location and if the order is to picked up or delivery. I don’t need any of these options. I want the main menu! how to buy a gift card? how to see my account details? mystery to me

Haven’t been to Jamba Juice for a few years, and learned they charge a 25-cent service fee for using the app! So: the store saves the time and expense of a worker to ring up the sale, and you get to pay extra for that. The app wouldn’t allow me to add the supposed “free” boost. When I got into the store, no one knew of the order until I told them about it. Ultimately they charged me $8.44 for a small basic drink. Never going back.

I’m tired of this app deleting previous credit card info stored on the phone. Plus the audacity of charging extra 3% for using mobile and can’t even get this app to work properly.

Deleted the app. I could never place an order and i have tried probably five times over 6 months. Tried Apple Pay and credit cards, nothing worked.

They already raised their prices more than it's worth and now there is a service charge for using it. Sounds like corporate greed at this point. I'll start going to nature's juice now.

I used the app to place an order at 12:55 which the store still did not have my order at 1:06 when I arrived to pick it up. Despite having screenshots of my order and pick up location, it seems like it was my problem or something I had done wrong.

I was charged a convenience fee for ordering on the app. Ok I guess have a person just waiting at the register. I’m sure that’s more cost effective for you. UPDATE Jamba told me that I need to order in person to avoid fees, but they don’t give you the same prices/deals in person that they do online. Jamba responded to my complaint about a service fee for ordering online. Jamba said I can order online to avoid it, but that is not true. The offer must be done online line which then requires me to pay a service fee for something I still need to pickup in store. If your solution to avoid the fee is NOT order things online then you should give the same price in your store. I would have done that from the start but it wasn’t an option!!! Don’t give me solutions that COST MORE! Why would I want to pay more?

About a month ago, I was not able to place an order. After multiple reinstall, removing my payment method, adding the payment method back, trying to add a different payment card. Whenever I get to check out, it always says my payment was not approved. No matter what. It’s not my payment method. They work everywhere else. Something is seriously wrong with the app. I cannot place an order.
