Jamba Juice barely open a location in our small town of Brawley CA and I now it’s our favorite place to get our smoothies and Waffles!!

I have had the app for a couple of years. Since the new update. I cannot login in. I have to go to the website to see what my points are. Can we please fix this. It was very convenient to have the app. But now I can’t use it

The functionality of the new app stinks. Buggy. Revert back to the old one before you lose customers. The “digital fee” on all orders to “pay for your website and app” is also ridiculous. Private equity at its finest.

Yesterday was my birthday and I tried to redeem my birthday freebie smoothie but when I redeemed it, the coupon had disappeared and was not added to the cart. I had followed the size instructions as before yet it still hasn't popped up to be free. I am disappointed in the new update for wasting my time and losing my birthday coupon. Also everytime i updated my location and cart, they haven't changed. I try to remove the drink I had accidentally placed in the cart yet it still stays in the cart.

Newly updated app is terrible and now there is a digital use charge??? Not a fan. While it’s helpful to order ahead for myself as well as giving the store time to plan out orders, I will no longer be using your app for that purpose.

Once again we have an app that used to work so of course they had to change that. Now it is completely dysfunctional.

The latest update killed the app. I’ve deleted and reloaded a couple of times. When I log in, the app takes me to it’s location page and then nothing else works. Can’t access points, can’t access QR to scan in the store, can’t access the menu. Useless.

Really glitchy when it comes to paying off a drink :/ Refuses to accept any payment cards and should have Apple Pay available :/. Not a good app :/

I was sad to see an added fee just to use the app.
