## Jane for Clients Description
Managing your health just got a lot easier! With one secure login, you can rebook, manage, and join virtual appointments from all your favourite Jane clinics, plus read and reply to secure messages and shared files from your practitioners — all in one place.

Jane’s mobile app is a secure place for clients to manage appointments. If you’re a clinic owner or practitioner, this app isn’t for managing your business—Jane’s web version (Jane.app) is still the best place for you! 

What can this app do? 
- Connect any of your existing Jane clinics to one secure ID and login
- View all your upcoming appointment details at a glance
- Easily rebook, reschedule or cancel appointments—for yourself or a group
- Join secure online appointments (telehealth) from anywhere
- Read and reply to secure messages and files shared by your clinic
- Save time logging in using your phone's biometrics (like Face ID)

This app is not a directory and does not allow you to browse or find new practitioners or new clinics. Instead, it’s designed for patients and clients who have already visited and/or have accounts with clinics using Jane.

If you’re already a patient or client of a clinic, practice, or studio (who uses Jane to run their business)—perfect! Just download the app, create a new login, start connecting your accounts, and book your next massage before you have time to reach for an ice pack.

If you have never created an account with a Jane clinic, you’ll need to do that first. Start by clicking the [Sign In or Sign Up] button on the clinics or practice website/online booking site, complete your intake form, then you’ll be able to add them in the app.

Thought this would be handy as I have several different accounts. Set it up and then several weeks later it stopped working. Made me create a new account again and then when you do that you can’t get past the first page of creating the new account and password. It just stays on that page. Useless I deleted it.

I set up the app and my general log in and had a great time looking my pros’ calendars and my bookings all in one place. Awesome. Tried to use my app again after a couple weeks’ break and couldn’t remember the password (used my phone pin) and the forgot password function didn’t work. Made a new general login and now adding my clinics is impossible even with my accurate sign in for the respective places. Apparently the app can’t find my email associated with each account, even though it is correct. Hoping for a new update to fix this since I went back to looking and booking on the websites instead.

In my 12-minute walk to work, I booked six appointments with two practitioners, at different clinics. Easily added each one to my calendar of choice (didn’t have to leave  the app). I probably would have delayed making those bookings (and getting the care) if it wasn’t that easy. Officially at the “what was my life before this” point - I love this app!

Finally I can log in once to manage booking with all my providers! Loved how easy it was to add clinics based on the matching email address. One thought: when searching to add new clinics, it should also match on the practitioners within the clinics. As a client, I remember who I see, but I often don’t remember the clinic name where they work.

This app is dope. I go to three different clinics, so it’s nice to centralize things. It’d be sweet if I could use the app to find last minute appointments and new therapists. I’d also like to be able update my billing info here and share it with all of my clinics in one go.
