I have had this game for a very very long time. After being away for a long while, i had to reinstall it due to many updates but I lost all my things after updating/reinstalling which is fine im happy to start all over again. But the amount of energy use to do 1 thing is ridiculous. Pulling 1 peice of grass consumes atleast 5 energy and I only start with roughly 30 energy and i cant restore energy as they make it impossible- it is utter nonsense. I feel like this game is money grubby so you have to buy energy to play. This would be a great game if the devs knew how to promote free energy and free game items which entices people to play more and intern they would want to spend, but they are going the wrong way about it. I play the game for 2 minutes and then im done as my energy is gone? Pointless.
Sadly many issues
Unable to build in places on map , letter Box an the man for daily spin is moved from being near the main house had to delete a pen due to the letter box in the pen. :( , finding the upgraded building i had are not what they were as i cant make some things i was able to like the cookies an the ice cream The bana milk , cant even get the last pig in the well updated grandpa side quest thing even though i already have him an all at the farm go figure tho im still unable to delete one chicken pen , game id. I think is IBYZ-1YBB-NK4J.
Not happy
I enjoyed playing this until last update when a white cloud covered most of my farm and I couldn’t remove it. I couldn’t plant crops, see my animals and most of my machines. Despite being told it was fixed it is not. Have to delete the game now.

Bug won’t let me progress
I was really excited about this game and the initial play I had was really fun!!
However, I have been getting a glitch in the first element of the game when encountering the husband which is stopping me from progressing. I sent email via the game settings but am encountering issues while trying to report it and set up a login for Kayako so I can’t get any help going down that path.
(Game logs out and shuts down during command for husband to fix the mill at the start of the game) I can’t get him back to help on the farm and can’t progress without him.

Still an issue with last pig
Pig was fixed behind house but now I can get last pig in paddock. What the heck is going on… fix this issue please
Tech guys let this game down
Loved this game got to level 27 and all went down hill from there I’ve lodged many tickets for help over the LAST YEAR with no response from any. I can’t progress in the game. Can’t harvest or feed my animals. Have to re build all my buildings and can’t add pig or cow pens. The tech guys let this potentially good game down. Lodged another ticket for help still no reply. What about Grandpa?
I do really enjoy this game. It is a lot of fun. However, not being able to get Grandpa to my farm is really infuriating, especially because I have already chopped down every tree on his farm for wood, and I have a huge line-up of buildings waiting to be upgraded but I can’t because I don’t have the wood. I was hoping that the next upgrade would fix this issue, but the new upgrade is still not letting me collect the last pig. It’s been sitting there tempting me for months now.
I have sent in a ticket about this and have received no answer. This is also the most talked about issue on the Facebook community. It would be nice if this issue could be resolved, so that I could continue making progress with my buildings.
Inappropriate Ads
Great game but is recommended for 9 year olds and frequently has ads for violent and explicit games that are rated 17plus.
Constant issues
I am sick of losing money and going back in time. Many hiccups that despite going to help have not been addressed. Takes ages to build anything. Don’t visit friends that seems to be fraught with problems. Will take your Monet tho!
