### ***** "Awesome App"

-- Pari Vaity, 2025-02-20

### *---- "Don’t fall for their promises"
Such liars they’re, they’ll show you 100 things before you pay the fees and once you pay… nothing will be delivered.

They’re fooling students, please don’t let them fool you!
-- Dishaa Jain, 2025-02-19

### *---- "Worst Application"
Taking too much time for email verification and very lengthy process to sing up and also not user friendly
-- Jaro app Very bad experience, 2025-02-02

### *---- "The support is pathetic"
Hi team, I got a call from Jaro, the lady asked me to download jaro connect and talked few benefits about it. While I was doing so she asked me one question which I didn’t catch, she abruptly said thank you and cut the call. If your support person doesn’t have patience to talk then please ask them not to call and disturb people during working hours. I got a call at first at 7:03 pm in which I don’t know she was talking to someone else and asked me that if she can call me later.(if you are not prepared then why did you dial the number first place) second time she called and the above happened at 7:05 pm IST today. This is not acceptable at any front. Will wait for what correction steps you guys are taking before this escalates further. Regards Sanjeev Sharma
