Don’t use jar

There is no transparency. Withdrawing money is a hassle. I uploaded my documents for kyc to a month ago but still I cannot with draw the amount. Customer support is a joke. They open the ticket and close it in 2 days without any communication.

SO DISAPPOINTED.

I love using jar. Used it holistically. But from the past month. I am not able to LOGIN INTO MY ACC. I HAVE SUBMITTED THE REQUEST via emails. Talked to the TEAM VIA WHATSAPP. BUT NO ONE RESOLVED MY ISSUES. I JUST WANNA GO BACK TO USING JAR. IT HELPED ME A LOT BUT THE POOR RESPONSE FROM THE JAR TEAM IS SO DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE HELP ASAP. Everytime i login via my number. It says”couldn’t login at the moment” and that’s the same from the past month. I try to login every other day but nothing helps.

Worst experience while asking for my investment back

I made some investment in Jar. As we know Jar do not consider KYC. Due to some issues my esim got deleted and i am unable to login on Jar as i am not receiving any otp. I asked them perform my kyc and update my registered number or else return my investments. They replied that “please contact operator and apply for duplicate number, however, they can’t perform kYC or not even paying back my investment. I am fed up and soon i will approach consumer court.

Worst app I cannot even withdraw my money Because there is always an error in id verification with aadhar card, pan card, driver license.

Bahut bekar app hai isme invest mat karna withdrawal ke time 5 to 10% charge kat lete hai

They are looting our money

Not recommended.. better to go with SIP’s Almost 10% of your savings gone in the form of tax

Fake app

Please don’t install it as it auto debit my 1000 amount many times as i set it at rs 20 its an fake untrust app

Price is too high

Price when compared to other apps is too high. so just misleading with their promo codes
