Easy does it!
Easy to follo, practical when it come to shooping, and it works! I love the videos , althought I would recomend that the one about the juice go directly to showing hiw to make the juice... The coaching videos are great and they answer questions that raised while doing the program. Result: feel great on my body, list 3k in 3days, and the best was that I did managed to feel full;)
3 day detox
All of Jason vale's program's are excellent, the 5 day one however is the easiest to follow as you have the same juices twice in one day, which also means fewer left overs. Join Jason's Facebook page & there are useful tips & new recipes everyday. Brilliant well done Jason.
