Jason Vale’s 3-Day Juice Diet

Great program and the app makes it easy to follow with some great coaching & encouraging videos. Day 2 was tough but well worth it and I'm still using some of the recipes and reaping the benefits weeks later!

I found the display and the info given really good. If I could mention 2 things to make it perfect it will be that the FAQ is not accessible and there is no info about the water or tea. For the water and tea I supposed I should drink a lot and caffeine free. I didn't have the kick on the 4th day so I decided to keep doing it to feel it. I'm on the fifth day and we will

Found the app excellent-the "how to make" the various juices were invaluable, as Jason used more of for example lemon or beetroot, than I would have if I measured it out. On my first day, when making the first two juices, I realized my avocados weren't ripe, & I used cooked beetroot, as that's all the shop sold-the juices were absolutely disgusting, but I persevered & had time to go to veg shop at lunchtime to buy correct produce-from then on, the plan was very easy to follow. Im a mum of 3, so had to cook a normal dinner for all, while making my own dinner juice, which wasn't ideal but manageable so long as I drank my juice before playing up everyone else's dinner! I'm not sure how realistic it is to have a fresh juice on work mornings, due to the nearly 30 min time needed, including clean-up, but I'm going to try to incorporate some of the ideas & food into my lifestyle. I lost 4llbs, but was doing it for energy boost rather than weight issues-feel great, much less bloated, always felt full but not stuffed, hope the feeling lasts! App was fantastic :)

Looks like it may be good but I can't watch the videos, they keep crashing after a couple of mins. Not good considering I paid over 4€ for this app. Very unhappy.

This app made my juicing experience that so much easier! Shopping list was a very welcome feature,laid out exactly what to get for specific juices! Would 10/10 definitely recommend this app!

I found this app extremely easy to follow. The layout was brilliant, and the shopping list section was a great feature. Would recommend to anyone to try this app and detox. It does take a lot of determination and organisation but it is well worth it. Felt so great after the 3 days, I'm going to try the 5 day big cleanse next week.

This is a super app for a great 3 day detox. I've completed it a number of times following the plan in the Juicemaster book, but it's so much handy on the phone. Highly recommended, try it you'll feel fantastic after the 3 days!!
