Great app, great instructions
Ok, I'll admit it is all a bit 'American', but the juices are really great and the instructions very easy. I use the videos to help me make the shakes. Shoppinglist is easy too. He also explains what each shake/smoothie/shot does. Good investment!

Buy this app, it's worth it!
If you want to make a change, buy this app. This could be if you want a healthier lifestyle and/or lose weight. Watch the coachingsvideo's, it will help you and also use the grocerylist because you will need to buy a lot of veggies/fruits! I am doing my second week as of today (doing 5-2) and lost almost 4 kg in the first week :) and I never felt better.
