Jason Vale’s 7-Day Juice Diet

This app managed to make the 7 days a success! It was well laid out with a super easy grocery list already done for you by clicking on what days you wanted to shop for. I appreciated the well needed coaching videos at the beginning of each new day to get me to the end. My husband and I did it and feel fantastic !!

Super user friendly, efficient, pick recipes and they're emailed straight to your inbox. BUT, not enough content! Recipes are repeated so literally you're paying $10 for about 10 recipes. Should have just bought a book. Disappointed.

The app is clear and easy to use. The juice combos are delicious I enjoyed all of them! I didn't stick to the program but have made juicing a part of my daily life. Thx for the inspiration!

I found this app easy to understand a use. I would have really appreciated if there was a way to change the quantities of the ingredients automatically based on the number of people the recipes will be made for. It is the only thing that prevented me from giving this well made app a solid 5. Enjoy!

I loved this app! After reading the book, I only used this app to make and plan all my juices for the day. I really liked the "create a shopping list" feature... It was fast a easy to be organized for success. Also, the coaching and juice prep videos were extremely helpful. Wonderful app! So worth the cost! Margaret

This app is so intuitive and user-friendly. It's great! I love the shopping list creator. When you're shopping simply tap on the items as you grab them and they change color so you know you've got them. The schedule is great with the recipes right there. All I need to juice for the day to take with me to work is my phone. No trying to keep a book open on the right page. I love it!!!
