Highly recommended!
If you're feeling tired all the time, want to lose weight but don't have the energy to do it, or if you simply don't know how to eat healthy, nothing will help you more than any one of Jason Vale's plans. I particularly loved this one as the juices in here are absolutely delicious and the soup adds a different flavor at the end of the day that just makes this plan a whole lot easier on the taste buds. I'm on day 5 and I plan to repeat this who thing back to back for another 7! Already lost several inches, feeling stronger and have the energy to do Tony Horton's P90X ON THIS PLAN ALONE!

Love this app! A video for every juice, smoothie, salad and soup, plus the list of ingredients, an alarm and talks from Jason. Couldn't ask for anything better. My Retro cold press juicer in the Union Jack colours arrived this morning YAY!😂😍

I really like this app. I love the actual recipes they all taste really good 😎 and I love the fact it's on my phone so I can look at it in the shop for buying the ingredients. I already do this sort of a diet and I find I get bored of the same things so this was nice to give me a few good new ideas.

Brilliant App. Highly recommend !
Okay a few typos, but nothing serious enough you can't make sense of. I didn't watch the videos, just followed the smoothie and soup recipes and doubled up because my partner did it as well . There was enough soup for seconds for both of us, and would easily be enough for 4. All of the soup recipes were delicious and ones I would make again even when not following the plan.
The smoothies were all good as well. We both finished the 7 days quite a bit lighter than we began and felt really energised and fit. We are both in our seventies so feel proud of ourselves for completing the 7 days without wavering from the plan. Well worth the effort on all fronts.
All style but not very easy to use.
I'm afraid this app is pretty poor... lots of mistakes e.g. sentences repeated twice... recipe amounts not always the same as the video and wall planner. Very poor design for the shopping list... may be okay on an iPad but not easy to use on an iPhone. The earlier apps worked really well... clear and uncomplicated... the newer ones are all showey but a poor user experience. The biggest annoyance is the the videos don't flip - Jason is on his head if you use your smart phone or tablet cover as a stand! So it's all in all a big disappointment... sorry!

Have juiced for a while now and like all JV apps. Slightly frustrating that the shopping list doesn't work on this app hopefully they can resolve this soon apart from that it's great
