Highly recommended!
If you're feeling tired all the time, want to lose weight but don't have the energy to do it, or if you simply don't know how to eat healthy, nothing will help you more than any one of Jason Vale's plans. I particularly loved this one as the juices in here are absolutely delicious and the soup adds a different flavor at the end of the day that just makes this plan a whole lot easier on the taste buds. I'm on day 5 and I plan to repeat this who thing back to back for another 7! Already lost several inches, feeling stronger and have the energy to do Tony Horton's P90X ON THIS PLAN ALONE!
