Wasn’t even able to use the product
I was excited to use this product, to measure my speed and vertical jump ability, so I had went ahead and bundle the Jawku speed and jump for $249.00. Upon receiving the product there is a serial number you need to put in when you download the Jawku app and for whatever reason the one they had sent me didn’t work. I contacted Jawku support to get this issue resolved on 1 June 2023. They didn’t respond until 4 June 2023, at 8 pm EASTERN STANDARD time. By that time I had made up in my mind that I would just want my money back. So I reached out to the support email again, saying just that. I sent that email on 4 June 2023, and have since sent two other emails stating that I want a refund. They have not responded nor notified me, on trying to get my refund. Like I said, I was excited to use the product, but there customer service is terrible. I also looked at it as well if I had any other issue with using the product they sent me, it would be more of the same type of customer service care. Wouldn’t recommend this product because if you have issues with the device, they won’t respond until days later. If your company has a customer service support team they should be able to reach address the issue within 24-48 hours, especially if there is no phone number to contact you guys, directly and customer support is only via email.
Not reliable
It works about 60 percent of the time for 100 m sprints which is bad. It works almost every time for 40 m dash though.

The update was a huge improvement
I must say, I bought this product back in 2020 and was extremely dissatisfied. It wouldn’t even record maybe 20% of all attempts to time runs. And if someone randomly walked in front of the camera just slightly then it would screw everything up. Since 2022, I’ve had zero issues and now have sessions never missing a single time. They have really improved the app significantly. I am really glad I gave this product another chance as it is extremely convenient and simple. I’d highly recommend it now, but not 2 years ago.
Super cool device
It’s great to help track my speed and agility times. I use it 2-3 times a week and I couldn’t be happier with the system. Plus it saves me so much money compared to investing in a time gate. Thanks Jawku!
Top of the line product
I have been a Jawku fanatic for about 2 years now. I first fell in love with the brand when I was introduced to their speed technologies.What I love most is the affordable, advanced technology can be used for a wide range of clients. The wearable technology is easy to use and efficient reporting data. highly recommend!
Great tool
I have three kids that all play sports and they all use it. Two play the same sport and they like to compete to see who can do certain drills faster.
Easy to use
The Jawku app is easy to use and set up. You just put your phone at the finish line, wear the sensor and take off. Great for some less tech savvy people like my self.

I love the versatility of the JAWKU Speed. You can really test anything with this device.
