## Jazp Reviews in Qatar

### *---- "Terrible experience"
I order things after pay and confirm they send to me that your order not available!! And waiting for a week for money back!?
-- MostafA_36274, 2025-06-30

### ***** "Online"
Genuine products, and good delivery drivers..
-- Moosakak, 2025-03-23

### *---- "Very bad experience"
Those people do not respect customers at all.
They are not professional.
Delivery fake items and refusing to retuen.
Waiting for more than 10 days for a return and no response from them.
-- Majdsal84, 2024-08-02

### *---- "برنامج فاشل"
تطلب توصلك الاغراض ناقصه ولا فيها عيوب.. ويوم تشتكي يمسحون بياناتك كلها من موقعهم.
-- not gooooood update, 2024-01-07

### *---- "DISAPPOINTED"
I just recently received an item that I ordered from this online store and i would never recommend you guys to purchase any products from their shop.
The items that they’re advertising is not the same item that you will be getting and the worse part is the item is DEFECTIVE. This is Fraud. Now im demanding them for a refund i sent them email for the detailed complaint and told me to file the complaint from their website. And guess what, my data was not there anymore so how am i able to get back my money. This online shop just gave me a trauma !
-- mariahkigwa, 2023-12-14

### *---- "Very bad application"
I ordered from 5 days and they take my money and no one deliver my order and they are lair don’t buy from this shop and delete the application
-- fatema Qatar, 2023-06-03

### ***-- "Disaster at first but rescued by a Supervisor"
Before I complete my order, got multiple calls from customer service pressuring to complete the order but once order is placed… 5 days later, not a word from them. I had to call to follow up only to find that there was a missing item and that my order would be delivered in 2 days. After 2 days nothing, I called again and they said my order still hasn’t been shipped because of missing item. Tried to raise a complaint, the person taking the call was a vegetable, so I asked her to transfer my call a supervisor named Jay who efficiently arranged the delivery on the same day and refunded the missing item. I would personally give him 5 star, but overall experience averages out to 3. I’d still shop with them again in the future because of people like Jay. He saved a customer.

### ***** "Service & delivery is good and lot of product options available"
Overall the platform is very good for online shopping. However, expected delivery date is not available for many of the products. Needs improvement on that
-- JPS211180, 2022-10-06

### *---- "The worst"
Poor quality bad service they steal 1650 for fake unusable items it been more than week and calling every day sending emails zero response

I don’t recommend them it seems like money laundry platform
-- Platinum715, 2022-08-29

### *---- "Dont buy here!"
I ordered a single burner stove and ask for a replacement because it has damage. the glass in the sides are broken. they told me, its not possible to replace it because before they deliver they checked it and has no damage. Instead of replacing it, they told me if im gonna purchase again they will give me 30qar discount. 🙄

I've learned my lesson not to purchase things here. not worth it. waste of time dealing with them.
