jazzed - jazz has found a home

I love the music and would like to play it on my Sonos speaker as it states on the app. Unfortunately I can’t do it, because every time I try an error pops up in my browser. I have sent an email to Help with this issue, but so far I haven’t had the reply. Very frustrating

This app is great. So much better than repetitive playlists on other apps and has fantastic love streamed shows - superb definition and sound.

Sadly, I get nothing on my Apple devices except a blank white screen. Customer Support doesn’t respond to emails or its own enquiry page, so a definite no from me.

It looks like there’s a problem if your Apple ID email address is different to your jazzed account. If it is, then you have to contact support at jazzed.

Paid for the free holiday special offer to receive the plus + options, but still can’t access all the channels I want. Disappointing as it looks like something I would have subscribed to.

Beware once you ve signed up you then can’t Goan access You’re asked to create an account with e mail and o pop as sword but they aren’t accepted and access isn’t granted Avoid this app go elsewhere

Essential for any serious and not serious Jazzhead. So much content, new talent, clips only on this site. I love it.

Why doesn’t the App offer Darkmode like the Webplayer? It’s much easier on the eyes for those of us who easily get tired, strained eyes. It’s also more in keeping with the after dark feel of much of Jazz.

Tried to cancel. Money still being taken from my account months later. Developer site not working. No way of contacting them. BEWARE
