This app is actually very useful. My dad has the app, I got the JBL Tune 720BT which is amazing. Also my brothers got JBL JR. But they can’t find there JR headphones on the app, but it’s not my problem. GREAT APP DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE JBL HEADPHONES.

Currently you can only select a single touch-mode preset for each earbud. There are three mode presets; Ambient Sound Control, Playback Control or Volume control. Please add the ability to have 1-tap, 2-taps and 3-taps be fully customisable between the three mode presets (and pick which function you want from that mode preset - Single tap/Double Tap/Triple Tap function options) (e.g. - could have set Single tap be play/pause, then Double tap can be Ambient Sound Control/ANC/TalkThru. Triple Tap could be Next Track) With these implemented we could have a fully versatile earpiece in each ear that can be personalised via our personal preference vs. having to grab the case and get the other earbud out - just to have wireless play/pause features or Ambient Sound Control features when the could have been available from either earbud from the start. For products that support Ambient Aware it would be nice to be able to adjust the level of transparency to the same level as TalkThru so I can hear my surroundings being amplified but also still listen to music at a medium volume. Right now it feels like Ambient aware is not as clear as TalkThru when this could easily be solved. (This could be solved with a TalkThru music-level slider setting) (Similar to how Ambient Aware has an awareness-level slider) Personal Sound Amplification could have been the solution but it requires opening the app every time you want to activate it and it also disables Ambient Sound Control when it is activated. Instead of this setting please increase the awareness levels in Ambient Aware to match TalkThru while still having the option to listen to music (at desired loudness) when it is activated. I hope someone at JBL hears this feedback and can implement these features within a reasonable timeframe of this being posted. If so I would upgrade my rating of this app to 5 stars. Here’s to getting more 5 star ratings. Thanks JBL!

Have 2 JBL headphone and neither are on the app. Not worth downloading unless you have NEWLY RELEASED headphones.

I bought the JBL mini and the right earbud was not working. On and off all the time. Driving me nuts. Bought a cheap Chinese from Temu and perfect except I dropped the case so went and bought another JBL again and guess what, right earbud not working again. What is wrong with JBL? Only reason I bought second pair as it has the curve piece fits on my ear but what’s the point if I have keep playing games trying get the right earbud to work, I’m buying another cheap Chinese from TEMU. JBL get your act together

Since the last update of the live buds case the battery in the case barely last 48 hours with little use. Case v4.7.0 Example: yesterday morning case was fully charged 100% yet today the following day the case is showing 6% charge. The buds have had 2 hours use.

My headphones are not that old, only a couple years, and the app has already dropped support for them. Extremely disappointing.

Why? I just want to know why. Your website claims to support all latest models - does this mean that all previous versions are automatically deprecated?

Ear pods are completely useless won’t pair properly no information on how to pair properly waste of money don’t no buy

After multiple reinstalls and reconnecting the Bluetooth connection the app still doesn’t recognise my headphones. This is even though they work well with my iPhone 13 Bluetooth connection. Very frustrating using this APP which promises enhanced listening and that my headphones are supposed to be supported by the APP.
