Dårlig lyd og lader

Den en kan ikke lade mere og lyden er blevet meget på dem begge. Har fået dem byttet en gang på garanti men nu er den gal igen. Har prøvet at opdatere den men det hjælper ikke Mvh Søren Egeris

Earbuds

Højre earbud kan ikke spille ligeså højt som den anden og har prøvet at opdatere

Actually horrible

The headphones are usually great, but this firmware.. it didn’t register the actions half the time and activates on its own at times. Doesn’t connect half the time and so on. But it’s sadly necessary for the headphones to work, but god do I hate the app

Disable voice command shortcut!

Lots of nice options, but you can only select very limited presets for touch controls config. 3 times I've called a random contact by mistake! I just held the headphones in my hand, touching the touch area by mistake, which is logically received as a long touch. This activates voice command (or Siri), a function that can't be changed, and because I've talked with someone, some words were interpreted as a name. Which is found in my contact book and automatically called. It's really stressful that this can happen so easily.

No power indication

The app shows the headphones power but it’s always showing 100%. This must be an error.

Sider dårligt i ørene.. Lader ikke rigtigt, så aldrig strøm på dem ☹️ Kan bestemt ikke anbefales

will TUNE760 headphones be added? it's upsetting that the 770 are there, but not 760... :(

Crappy app

I don’t understand the does not support all JBL products! Before I had a Sony set and their app supported also older products and made it possible to adjust the sound. Never buy a JBL product again!!!

Cannot connect to my TUNE230NV TWS

The headphones are connected to my phone and I van play music, but when trying to add them in the app it just says they are not connected. Seems to be an issue several people encounter
