I have tried desperately to change from mono to stereo but this becomes to be almost impossible (initially both ear-pads were working perfectly but after a few uses ithe right pad changed to mono, without knowing the reason). I googled to find additional help -in case I do sthg wrong- and again the videos and techniques from users, didn’t help. Sorry to say, but I am very unpleased from my purchase. 
In your FAQ session, you do not help the user to fix this issue on his own (changing from mono to stereo) and the reset is deactivated when mono is operating!! So there is no hope but to stop buying from JBL.

I love the JBL sound and earbuds (Live Pro 2 TWs). But I have small disconections on my iPhone. The disconnection may be less than 1 sec but it’s really annoying…

Please give us an update fix for these disconnections and the earbuds may be the perfect! For me at least 🤞🏻
