Just bought today on 23/12/24. After connecting to my iPhone 15 Pro Max, I can’t update the software. Keeps on disconnecting.

Cannot detect the speaker even though it’s connected to the phone in Settings.

Lack of features. - come on JBL !
The software is unable to connect to multiple device. It should have more equalizer option. The app should be able to turn on and off party boost. There should be warning indicator when battery reaching low status ex 10% or less No notification that battery needs to be charged. No notification when battery is too low to use the speaker

App not able to discover Charge 5.
App is lacking, it is not able to discover my Charge 5 via Bluetooth. This is despite the fact that my iPad had already connected to my Charge 5, via Bluetooth and is playing music. The problem happened quite frequently. Thus, this app is as good as useless.

Why isn’t JBL essential and stealth edition in the app?
Some brands of the JBL flip isn’t inside the app…I tried to connect my jbl stealth but it doesn’t work lol
Awful and useless. Avoid.
