## J.Crew Reviews in United States

### ***** "Excellent App, Amazing Clothing"
One of the few more consistent apps I have and use on a regular basis. All apps have occasional flaws, but J. Crew evades most. It’s an excellent place to keep record of purchases, to view the latest drops, and to keep up with your respective J. Crew rewards!
-- MMoma5, 2026-09-12

### ***** "Mostly perfect"
I do enjoy shopping on the Jcrew app but have run into challenges with promo codes. I kept trying to finish a transaction but it said promo codes can’t be applied. I didn’t realize until after days of trying and missing some sale items the promo codes can’t was put on by Jcrew for me to apply for the Mastercard. Pretty annoying. More transparency would have been nice and helpful. Otherwise the app is good.

### ***** "Great app"
Love it!
-- Danielbaseball7, 2026-09-05

### ****- "A Favorite for 20+ Years"
Ive been shopping at J Crew for a couple of decades now—I cant say that about many retailers. The quality slipped for a while but lately has been improving. I do feel some items are overpriced, so I tend to wait for sales. I only wish they didnt offer so many items as Final Sale—an item purchased online should always be returnable IMO. The website used to be very glitchy but the app is great.

### **--- "Meh"
I love shopping at JCrew. However, the app does not live up to expectations. Even with the latest update it does not save my location even within the same shopping session I. It also does not routinely apply coupons or shopping cores so very often I have to call after my order to get coupons and codes applied. Don’t have any of these issues when I shop at the website. I’ll continue to use the website as long as these issues continue
-- Dizie123, 2026-08-25

### ***** "Timeless"
The app is great. The clothing is better. They’re high quality classics. I wear them forever because they’re truly timeless. I’ll always be a loyal customer.

### ***-- "Love the app, please fix your filters!!!"
Love the app, thank you, but I am still forced to use web. Your filters are SO non user friendly. Did you usability test them? First, when selecting size, say 6, it includes numeric clothing size 6 and shoe size 6. And what is even more challenging is that EVERYTIME I select a size it brings me back to the top. For the love of … users, PLEASE fix this as many of us often select size ranges, not just one size.
-- Jcrewer, 2026-08-20

### ***-- "Allow cart time for shoppers"
Another shopper shouldn’t be able to get an item in my cart sooner than 30 mins. Allow app shoppers time to make purchases before someone else beats them to it. It’s stressful shopping.
-- Patto305, 2026-08-14

### **--- "Bad app"
Glitchy, made it harder to browse when opening an email link. Advertising is working and your own app is making it harder to convert
-- Spliff Kingsbury, 2026-07-29

### ***** "Support is the best!"
I needed assistance & support came through so fast! They are the best I’ve seen in a very long time! Kudos!
